Toutes les infos relatives aux livraisons sont ici ! Les délais de livraison ne sont pas les mêmes si vous êtes en France, en Europe ou hors d'Europe. En revanche nous expédions aussi vite quelle que soit la destination du colis ! Et évidemment nous n'expédions pas le week-end.

Toute commande passée avant 9h est expédiée le jour-même les jours ouvrés à l'exception de Mondial Relai qui est expédié du mardi au vendredi uniquement.

Since November 1, 2022, packages remain available for 8 days at the relay point. After this period, they are automatically returned to the sender.

🚛 Following the recent increase in the price of fuel and resulting taxes, shipping costs have recently increased. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the prices imposed by our carriers. Aware of the cost they represent for our customers, we do our best to keep them as low as possible.


Returns must be made within 90 days of receipt of the package. You can make the return with the carrier of your choice (excluding relay point) to the following address:

Scenario no. 1: You have changed your mind
The return is your responsibility and the initial shipping costs are not refunded. Simply return the products to us with your invoice (downloadable from your customer account) listing the products returned. Reimbursement is made upon receipt of the return package in logistics.

Scenario no. 2: Your package arrived too late
Simply refuse delivery or not collect the package from the collection point. It will be automatically returned to us once the processing time has passed. Reimbursement is made upon receipt of the return package in logistics.
⚠️ If the delivery times have been met but you decide to refuse or not to collect your package, then SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED !

Scenario no. 3: You have damaged or defective products
Send us an e-mail to with photos of the damaged product so that we can provide you with a compensation solution.

NB: Remember to attach your invoice, downloadable from your customer account, to the return package. If you do not have access to your invoice, a post-it containing your order number is sufficient. Without an order number, we cannot identify the package and no refund is possible.
