When to distribute streamers and slippers during a party?
It all depends on the party. A surprise birthday? Just before the star of the party arrives, so that the surprise effect is even better! (besides we don’t hesitate to shout “Surpriiiiise”) At a wedding? We distribute them to the guests at the beginning so that they can throw them when the bride and groom arrive! In the New Year? Just before midnight so that everyone gets ready to let their joy explode at midnight sharp! You can also put pretty iridescent streamers in a pinata for a birthday, atmosphere guaranteed!
