To add color to your culinary creations! These 3 powdered food colorings of natural origin are practical for coloring all your pastries: meringues, ice creams, dairy products, sugar pastes! They are ideal for icings, buttercreams or macaroons.
Green coloring ingredients: coloring: copper-chlorophyllin complexes, maltodextrin.
Yellow coloring ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, thickener: E414, triglycerides, sucrose, beta-carotene from Blackeslea trispora, antioxidants: E301, E307.
Pink coloring ingredients: coloring: carmine, maltodextrin, acidifier: E525.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, celery, mustard.
Store away from light and humidity after opening. For foodstuffs: limited use. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes.
